Ferro Technology Partners LLC. was born in August 2020 in Boca Raton, FL; The company is solely own by Martha Rodriguez, an Industrial Engineer with a Master's degree in Strategic Marketing and over 25 years of experience in America's IT Industry. Martha's differentiation is to understand her customer business needs providing clients:

• Cost-effective solutions.
• High Quality and successful projects.

During the last 25 years, Martha Rodriguez worked in Management and Leadership Regional roles for leading global IT Companies like IBM Lotus Software, IBM Corporation, and Mainline Information Systems, the USA's leading IBM System Integrator.

Martha Rodriguez decided to create Ferro Technology Partners LLC based on her successful experience managing multidisciplinary consulting and services teams to deliver education, eLearning, and complex IT projects. She invited a selected group of executives, consultants and subject matter experts SMEs, to provide customers services and solutions in three focused areas:

1- Digital Transformation

2- Cybersecurity

3- IT Solutions

The company's objective is to provide customers the most cost-effective and reliable solutions, and Martha Rodriguez is the CEO of the Company and manages the Sales Organization with a particular focus and direct support to the customers in the Government Sector.

Jairo Fernandez is our Lead Director for the Digital Transformation and Digital Marketing areas. After 30 years working in Senior Regional Management positions in Global IT leading companies like IBM Corporation, Lexmark International, Mainline Informations Systems, and Oracle, he joined the team to align a group of Consultants to Deliver Digital Transformation Solutions for our customers in the Government and Private Sectors and also to lead the Digital Marketing Group and alliances.

Jairo Fernandez studied Computer Sciences in the UNE Caracas-Venezuela, with a Master's Degree in Strategic Marketing from CESA Colombia, an Advanced Studies in Strategic Marketing Program from UC Berkeley, Cybersecurity Management SLOAN Program at MIT, and also relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
